I remember most of the shows. I loved Space Above And Beyond and Parker Lewis Can't Lose. I have been searching for those on streaming to no avail. Another forgotten, and nigh impossible to track down, favorite was Get A Life.

One more thing: How could you mention Nathan Fillion’s admittedly awesome Mal Reynolds AKA “Captain Tight Pants” and not mention Adam Baldwin’s Firefly/Serenity character Jayne? Just as great, though in a different way.

Another show that I loved that no one else remembers watching was “It’s Your Move” which featured a young Jason Bateman and a pre-Married With Children David Garrison (Marcy’s first husband Steve) as his father. The episode where Jason Bateman uses skeletons to create a fake band (“The Dregs of Humanity”😂) for the school dance (so he could, of course, get the money) killed us back in the day.

It’s Your Move was a fantastic show! Wish they made shows like that today.

Sometimes when I write I miss a few things here and there and I know I can count on you and others to help me out 🙌

I remember watching a lot of them and know of the others. In fact, when my future brother-in-law was a teenager, he named his dog Chance because of the show Strange Luck. He was a good dog. We all watched that show and were angry when it was quickly cancelled.

Day By Day was a favorite of ours, as well. Great show! (Edit: Upon rereading this, I realized I was thinking of Step By Step. We did watch Day By Day, but just because we watched everything.)

I wish I could see your article (I refuse to call them “newsletters”- they’re rarely news and they don’t start with “Dear Gary,” so they aren’t letters) while I write this comment- I’m sure I’ve got memories or anecdotes for other shows.

I remember most of these. DREAM ON was ghastly. Amazing that its creators rebounded with FRIENDS.

Definitely Parker Lewis and Dream On - though I was too young to really understand what was going on in Dream On. Still watched it! Pretty sure I remember Space: Above and Beyond, but I don't recall watching it. Great list!

I remember every single one of these shows. The 90s were so crazy at creating TV shows. Do you remember Ben Cross on the new Dark Shadows on NBC? Sadly it only lasted one season. 1991
