I just got back from Chicago and I’m recovering from all the food I ate there. I’ve been to Chicago so many times I’ve lost count, but during this trip I think I set the record for how many Chicago Dogs I ate! I’m working on a new post about my trip to Chicago, so stay tuned! Tell me where your favorite place to eat is in Chicago in the comments below. Let’s get started… but first, here’s a photo of the Chicago Dog I ate at Ohare!
Did you know Tom Hanks and Robin Wright are starring in a Robert Zemeckis film? Looks intriguing. ‘HERE’ tells the story of families over the course of generations where the entire film takes place in a single location. This location becomes the place where Hank’s and Wright’s home resides. The film also uses cutting edge de-aging technology for a great portion of the film. I had to watch it a couple times. I’m not really sure what it’s about, but it’s Tom Hanks and Robin Wright, and Zemeckis, so I’m probably going to see it in theatres. What do you think of the trailer?

🍰 The Perfect Summer Dessert?
I don’t know about you, but my mom’s cooking is the absolute best. On occasion though, she’s been known to FUBAR a dessert. This one hits all the right buttons!
🧰 MacGyver Would Be Proud
The concept seems intriguing, but is it really a good idea to be this comfortable on the toilet? My father would say it is 😂
Do you remember Hit N Run? Hit & Run was first released carded as part of the seventh series in 1988.

Here’s one that will take you back. Remember the ROUGH RIDERS vehicles? This is the A-TEAM Tri-Ex Battle Blaster 4X4 Truck, released in 1982.
Recognize anything here?
Ok ladies, I’m sure you remember these!
WHAT’S A TOY YOU STILL OWN THAT YOU HAD WHEN YOU WERE A KID?

This week in 1997 Mike Tyson bit off a piece of Evander Holyfield’s ear during their boxing match. If you can’t beat him, just eat him… I guess? I watched this fight with my dad on Pay Per View and we couldn’t believe what was happening. In the 80s and 90s my dad and I bonded over boxing. We were huge Tyson and Holyfield fans. This completely shocked us because we had seen nothing like it. Did you watch this fight when it aired?
Let’s close with a trailer for an upcoming series I know you’re going to be excited about, Batman: Caped Crusader (Season 1) coming to Prime Video August 1st!
