Having taught college for many years I was always amazed at how recent students' nostalgia went back. 2016 seems like yesterday to me but to them it represented a year of their childhood! They'd talk about movies and televisions shows that I'd never heard of but were very passionate about!
You know it's interesting.... my oldest son is almost 18 and he will drop a nostalgic comment now and again and I find it really interesting he is so fond of the years 2016-2020.... he would have been 8 in 2016 and I think he just recalls that time more vividly. Anyway, I love talking nostalgia with every generation... it's really a great way to bond and connect! Thanks for reading and commenting my friend!
